01 — Vision
We start with how you'll actually use the yacht: cruising grounds, guest count, charter ambitions, and aesthetic. Every later decision flows from this brief.
02 — Design
We pair you with the right naval architect and interior designer for your project. Concept renderings, GA plans, and material boards before a single steel plate is cut.
03 — Shipyard Selection
From Lürssen and Feadship to Benetti, Heesen, and Admiral — we negotiate the contract, milestones, and price escalation clauses on your behalf.
04 — Build & Launch
On-site project management, milestone inspections, sea trials, and a smooth handover. We stay engaged through warranty and the first season.
